Dajukebox (Formerly known as soundbase) is a small and fast all in one application, which includes a player, a music organizer, a tag editor, a disc burner and a playlist manager and it will always offer you a fast way of doing general tasks. It supports to play MPEG Audio Layer-3 (MP3), Monkey Audio (APE), OGG vorbis (OGG), FLAC and WMA sound files. It can easily handle multiple databases which can hold up to 100,000s of songs.
Dajukebox is windows based application and only runs on windows machines. The user can download it and run the executable file and use this software free of any cost. It has a solid package of features, which covers all the basic things a user expect from a music manager. Dajukebox can locate the user’s songs into several databases and rip the user’s CD collection into ape, ogg, flac and mp3 files. It can drag and drop playlist creation and group the user’s songs on multiple database fields. It has extended digital equalizer and DSP settings. Soundbase can add and (animate) display album art to the user’s albums.
A user can customize the look and features of Dajukebox. Audio acceleration hardware is used and detected automatically when it is available. Microsoft DirectShow architecture is used by Dajukebox, which supports high quality capture and playback of multimedia streams. Soundbase was basically made to fill a gap in the large amount of commercial audio players and it will most likely to fit somewhere into the user. This application is fully portable and it can be installed in any directory. It does not depart from any jumbled tracks in windows temporary directories. So Dajukebox integrates all the features of a playlist manager and permits the user to organize their music library very easily.
