DocuCabinet is an easy to use document managing software for small to medium sized business and home users. It lets you scan, store, index, organize, search and retrieve all your scanned papers, image files and other documents. The storage system in this application is like that of a traditional paper filing cabinet with cabinet-drawer-folder hierarchy. You can use index information such as title, value or dates and categorize the document from a pre-defined list with index keys. This application has such additional features as multi-page scan, ADF support, batch filing, support for TIFF or PDF, inbuilt image viewer and editor and password protection.
